AVOID includes functionality allowing you to customize or modify your device’s reported GPS location.
⚠️ You are solely responsible for how you use this feature. Use of GPS spoofing may violate the terms of service of certain third-party apps or services, and may be subject to legal restrictions in some jurisdictions.
We disclaim all liability arising from misuse or unlawful use of location control tools.
5. Payment and Activation
The App is distributed without upfront cost. Activation may require a one-time payment. The activation system may use non-traditional methods (e.g., cryptocurrency) for verification.
No payment data is collected or stored by us.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any direct or indirect damages
- Legal consequences resulting from user actions
- Misuse of app features, including GPS spoofing or encrypted communications
The App is provided without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or fraud
- Distribute modified versions of the App without consent
- Misrepresent your location where prohibited by law
